Dark Dreams of Death

En el año 1995 y tras un fallido proyecto el señor Arjen Anthony Lucassen se enfoco en un ambicioso proyecto que seria el nacimiento ( o al menos el mas conocido de estos ) de lo que hoy se conoce como "Metal Operas".
En este su primer album como Ayreon , Arjen reune a varios vocales de diferentes bandas y varios musicos y emprende un proyecto un tanto progresivo, heavy y con tintes algo experimentales y exoticos, el resultado...... un album por demas excelente, con musica de excelente calidad y una historia por demas increible.
Aqui en este album casi no hay musicos conocidos ( de cierta forma ) y la grabacion fue un tanto precaria, pero al cambiar de disquera Arjen hizo algunas grabaciones nuevas de canciones y las incluyo en una reedicion del disco en el 2005.
